Free Friday Workshops at Alpine

Workshop attendees can always visit our Wordpress powered blog at alpineblogs.com where you can find links to hints, tips, and topics covered during previous workshops. Feel free to register, log in, and ask questions.

The schedule for this Friday, August 21st:

* Introduction to WordPress at Alpine (10 to 11am) - Brian will be covering the basics of small site building and blogging using the world famous WordPress. What, Why, and How is a blog made? Learn about the difference between a post and a page, upload images, and especially, how to write for the web. Optional Registration >

These WordPress classes are open to the public, so feel free to invite a friend.

* Intro to Google Analytics (11 to noon) - Morgan will be going over the basics of Google Analytics and how this tool can help you determine where your website's traffic is coming from.  With Google Analytics, you're more prepared to write better-targeted ads, strengthen your marketing initiatives and create higher converting websites. * Center Stage Basics (noon to 1pm) - Need to brush up on your Center Stage fundamentals.  Dustin will be hosting a workshop to help you add, edit, and publish pages through Center Stage.  Bring your lunch and munch while learning the best way to add images and documents as well. Dustin will reserve 20 minutes for open questions on Center Stage. Optional Registration >
