Tomorrow's Workshop Schedule

Here is the workshop schedule for tomorrow, Jan 22nd:

• Introduction to WordPress at Alpine (10 to 11am) - Brian will be covering the basics of small site building and blogging using the world famous WordPress. What, Why, and How is a blog made? Learn about the difference between a post and a page, upload images, and especially, how to write for the web.
   
• A WordPress Barn Raising (11am to noon) - Clients are invited to join us and watch Alpine WordPress site being built from the ground up in one hour.  
  
  We'll have all our "materials" ready to go, our good friend and new client Mark Blanchard available to answer our questions, and our Alpine production staff on standby, ready to build Mark's new WordPress site (Mark specializes in Horse Training, and lessons with a dressage orientation).
  
  There will be plenty of opportunities to observe how Alpine staff builds a new site.  If you have a new WordPress or Center Stage installation (or would like one before the class - come early), come along and work on your site as well.  At the end of the hour, we should have a new site Mark will be proud of.
   
• Center Stage Basics (noon to 1pm) - Bring lunch, a laptop, and learn how to manage your site using Alpine's Content Management System, Center Stage. See the built-in keyword analysis, suggestion, and redirect tools in action and learn how Center Stage makes search engine optimization a breeze.
