Video is really not that different from inserting images.  It is only a little more complicated because the code for embedding a video can be extensive.

To keep that under control, Alpine recommends creating a reusable plugin for each video you want to insert to a Center Stage page.

Alpine Free Friday Workshop Schedule for Tomorrow, Oct 30th

• Introduction to WordPress (10 to 11am) - Brian will be covering the basics of small site building and blogging using the world famous WordPress. What, Why, and How is a blog made? Learn about the difference between a post and a page, upload images, and especially, how to write for the web.
   
• Search Engine Optimization Strategies for WordPress (11 to noon) - Auz will be leading a discussion on basic techniques for optimizing your blog or website. A review of permalinks, plugins, writing titles and descriptions, and even image optimization.
   
• The "Real Site" Improvement Series (noon to 1pm) - Alpine will start a multi-part series today following a real site from "bare metal" to revenue positive. This week, no optimization to fullly optimized and analyzed. See how the optimization and analysis feedback loop affects e-commerce sales in this focused, and public ongoing study of revenue optimization techniques.  Morgan will reserve 20 minutes for open questions on Center Stage.
