Locals Only - First Friday Events
I mentioned in the locals only email yesterday that Alpine is having a First Friday office tomorrow. We actually have three things going on. The details:
8:00am-10:am Coffee and Cinnamon Rolls - Stop by and say Hello to Alpine staff, tour the new office. Help yourself to coffee and yummy sweet rolls provided by Angeline's Bakery.
11:00am-12pm Alpine User Group - We've been experimenting with a short information / training session every Friday to a small group of clients and now feel comfortable throwing it open to all. Please come with your questions, open your ears and get ready to participate in a lively group discussion about what works on the web and what doesn't work.
In this group environment, the leader will be soliciting topics, write up a short agenda, then will go through the requested topics.
Recent examples have included; editing pages / sidebars, writing for the web, search engine optimization, editing Alpine sites with subversion (version control) and much more,
3:00pm-5:30pm First Friday Open House - Live music with new Alpine client "Zac Charles". Check out this young Bend resident... a legitimate YouTube star and online community leader.
New Alpine Office Address
The new Alpine office is located at:
790 Industrial Way. [map]
The office is at the corner of Wall and Industrial. Parking is available on wall street as you approach the building, or across the street in the old Fireside Red parking lot.
